How can I get black n white pics on my digital camera?

I read thru the whole book and it doesn't list the option anywhere...it sucks because I can take black n white pics with my cell phone! I suppose I have to use some program that changes the pics on my computer? Any suggestions, or help?

Most of you obviously didnt read all of my question...MY CAMERA DOESNT HAVE A B/W OPTION! Just trying to get more points eh?? Gees!

your phone should save them a a jpeg file, so it should be easy to transfer them to your digital camera

Digital cameras have this option - go to set up

Look for Effects in the Menu of Your camera!
Normally Listed with 'Sepia','Negative' and 'Vivid' in Some cameras Menu systems

Edit the pics on your computer, download Irfanview:

Open the image with the program, co to Image -> Convert to Greyscale and you're done.

some cameras don't come with b & white options. mone doesn n mine is a 7million olympus. weird but tru. if u go to a machine to get them printed like a kiosk it u ca nchange them to b&w easy. hope that u manage it.

another way might be that u cant take them in b&w but u can add a colour filter in your preview settings to convert them after its taking.

use the B&W option in your camera
