without that white edge around them without the use of something like photoshop? When you get your pics developed, where ever you get them developed, tell them that you want them to be developed digitally on a CD. Then you'll have immediate access to a jpg of your photos without having to use Photoshop. But, let's hope that the site which you're uploading them to doesn't require that you have them in a format smaller than what they were developed onto the disc in, then you're out of luck and you're going to need some piece of software to change the format/size of the image files.
