Why don t my min digial camera work as a web cam but works as a digital camera?

i tryed everyting to make it work but it wont give me a good qulity when i use it as a web cam

i dont know if it has its a 3 in one

does it have a movie function? usually you have to get one that is enabled for the web...

First It's a digital camera so if it's function as digital camera I guess you're not scammed when buying it.

Web cam system is capturing picture and deliver it directly to the computer while digital camera is for storage.

Webcam way cheaper too.
