How good is the HP Photosmart M537 Digital Camera?

How long can you video record? Do you think it'll work decently if I made a drum video using it?

It's a decent camera for the price.

According to the specs (see the link below, click the Specifications tab, then click the PDF link at the bottom to see comprehensive specs), You can use up to a 2GB SD card to record images/video. The length of the video (according to the spec sheet) is "limited by the size of the memory card", so you could record up to 2GB of video if it was empty.

In my opinion, the video may work fine if you're looking to make the video primarily just to demonstrate your skills, but the audio is questionable. Some higher-end digital cameras can record decent stereo sound, but yours may not be able to record very good sound. If you're making a video, a dedicated video camera may be a better bet if you want good sound quality as well. The tiny speakers on your camera may not be able to pick up all the sound very well, but it might be worth a shot.

not a bad camera but use a big card so you can store more videos without running back and forth from the computer to the drums
