I just printed a picture from my digital camera to my printer and it sucks!? |
The color isn't bright and the resoultion isn't even clear! my printer has black ink cartiage and the tri ink cartiage, plus i am using Hp Premium Plus Phot paper! What am i doing wrong??? In your printer utilities you have the ability to change maximum resolution adjust that to its maximum photo quality. Then make sure your the size is not to large for your print out. Larger sizes are not as clear or well defined because the cameras mega pixels are set to take pictures for a 4x 7 photo at the highest pixel settings so when you enlarge past this the pixels drop dramatically on larger reproductions and make them blurred and out of focus. Try making smaller print outs. If your using full size paper then add multiple copies to the same page (3 or 4) Your quality and clarity will increase dramatically. If your camera isnt 10 mega pixels to start with then youll have to print smaller. I found this out the hard way too! Make sure you have changed the print media from "plain paper" to "Premium Plus" or something close to it. Change the print setting in your printer settings menu. It's set to normal print not a higher quality print. |
