What is the best program from my digital camera?

I want to be able to resize and bale to edit my pictures too. I want to be able to download the progam or just use it from the internet.

When it comes to photo management software, it is very hard to beat Google's Picasa. It allows you to download your pictures and manipulate them in numerous ways including red-eye removal, resizing, etc. Best of all, it's free!

Google Picasa is free. Microsoft Digital Image is very good as well.
