What is a good small digital camera for everyday life?

I want it to be thin and fit in a purse.
Should take good pics
I want to use this for taking pics of me and my friends.

You can find a camera at Wal Mart for under 150 bucks that takes beautiful pictures, fit in your purse and it's thin..鈽?/div>
