I bought a Phillips keychain digital camera. Does anyoneknow how to work it?

I took pictures with it and tried to download it; but it said I didn't have any pictures on it. I don't know how to use it.

Assuming you have the KEY 0010 model:

You may have the keychain's storage drive formatted wrong. It must be formatted as FAT16 to store the pictures.

To reformat your keychain:

1. Hook up the camera to your PC.
2. Launch Windows Explorer to access your camera, which is named as a
Removable Disk.
3. Right click and then select FORMAT. The Windows formatter will
launch automatically. Select the file system FAT or FAT16. Click START to
format the player.
