What is a good digital camera(please read)?

I'd like one that can also take video
in addition to pictures that are at least 4MP
I'm not going to be using it for any serious picture taking, just snapshots of me and my friends, and the stupid things we do lol.
I'm kind of looking for something affordable... so please do not recommend anything that will put me in the poor house.

If you give a price range, we might be able to help you better. I have a Canon A85 that does all of that, it's a couple of years old, so I can't give a good price, but you can probably get something like this for less than $200.

it $250 is not the problem to u Canon sd630 should be the best choice 4 u.

go to walmart and look for a poloroid a300. its a small one. its about the size of a cellphone and its 79 dollars :) it works really really well for me. lol. and you dont have to keep the camera there for like five seconds so you can get all of your stupid things you do without having to pause what your doing. lol

The best one is RICOH GR DIGITAL, try to search on web site. It's different from the others, but is great.
Is not easy to find everywhere, but you can buy it on-line.
