What is the besy digital camera?

I dont want a huge one...it would be nice to be able to bring it with me places. I also want to use it to take pictures to put on the internet to sell on ebay. I only want to spend about $400. Anyone have any suggestions?

Photos sent over internet channels do not need to be high pixel images. I have four digital cameras, and the one I use most is a Kodak Easy Share Z700 ($125.) This is a 4. Megapixel camera which allows lower resolution options. A 4 megapixel image is good for prints up to 20" x 30". The program you use to send photos on the internet will probably reduce the file to 1.1 Megapixels, anyway.

definatly get something off of the canon powershot series, its probably the best buy for your buck i found i got the A620, its a beautiful camera 7.0 MP, for just over 200, get a 1GB card, your set.

I'd really say Canon. I own a Canon IXUS 700, which is just fab and will only cost around 拢250 now, roughly. A superb camera, easy to use but with some more advanced functions if you so require.

And you can set the size and quilaity easily, so it'll be easy for you to adjust your eBay pictures, and Leisure pictures, depending on what qualirt you would like..

Furthermore, the quiality is excellent - with 7.0 megapixels... A standard nowadays is usually around 5 or 6. I believe now, actually, you can get an IXUS 800 or something. Ones which have Bluetooth, too, are being sold...

I have a canon SD450 its 5.0 mega pixels and 6 mos. ago cost $299 at Circuit City.
it is a small camera with a large screen area and shoots video as well with sound.sound is on camera too.nice software comes with it .
The camera is terrific, I have taken many excellent pics and it's also holding up well .
I am hard on my things , so if a product isn't made well , it will not survive me.This is my second digital camera, my first was a Kodak easyshare, and I did like some of the effects with the kodak but the software has much more with the canon...
It's size makes it very easy to carry around, even in your pocket.
