It is clear plastic but has a magnetic quality. Is it the same material they use on NASCAR windshields?
Who makes this product? It's just regular plastic. It's not a magnet. You can tell by turning your camera off and then placing a magnet against the glass. It won't stick. The plastic sticks due to static electricity. I'm not sure what they make nascar windshields out of, but if no one answers you, maybe you can ask in sports.
