| *SoulEyes Photography>>>Used Digital Camera |
I have a 3700 ix kodak film camera i got like 6 years ago and i never really used it until just recently? |
i was about 14 at the time and didnt really care about taking pictures but now im interested. i already have other cameras that are digital so dont go there. I want to use this one. the problem is that i took pictures on a whole roll of film 25 pics and not one turned out! they were all just black. i dont know what could have happend i had the right film and i sure i didnt have my fingers over the lense either and everytime i took the pictures the camera acted normal. so i dont know what went wrong. i hardly ever used the thing i was never rough with it so it couldnt be a problem internaly. i just let it sit in my closet for 6 years i just pretended to take pics before so any one have any suggestions please tell me i have looked at the user guide and it wasnt helpful at all. thanks:) dust might have colllected in the shutter mechanism after all those years. Make sure the shutter is functioning. If the shutter is functioning then it is possible that you just got a bad roll of film. One other possibility, and I'm not familar with your camera, is that the film never wound out of the roll. I once took a roll of 36 without realizing that the film was winding on the takeup roll. Was the film sitting in the closet for 6 years as well? If so, try some fresh film. Yours is an aps camera, so it's unlikely that it didn't catch on the take-up reel. |
