I have easyshare kodak digital camera c310 4.0 pixels when i take video clips they only last little over a min |
after i download them to my computer and play them in real player, quicktime, windows the video is black as hell and i cant see anything whats the deal with that? do i have to use someother program so it will be brighter? do i have to buy something for my camera? it is probably the camera the fact that the last only a min. is either regulated by the camera or because you don't have a large enough memory card to support more than 1 min of video. the reason the quality on the videos is low is because it's not meant to be a video camera, it's a still camera with the video feature added for novelty. it only records at 20 frames per second when regular video cameras are 29 or 30 (forget) the resolution is only 320x240 which is pretty weak as well. You just need a larger memory card. I would recommend a 2-gig card. This is a limitation on your camera. I have an two Olympus camera, the Olympus C-2100Uz and the Olympus E-100RS. The first only records for 46 seconds on the lowest video setting and the second for only 15s at the high resolution setting. As for the dark video, try recording the movie in daylight outside your house and see what happens. If you want good videos, some higher end point and shoot camera can record as long as there is memory for it. |
