Vivitar v5388 5mp digital camera?

anybody know anything about this camera,does it take good quality pictures?is it easy to use?is there one better around the same price?this one is 79.99

i have a vivicam 3650 and it takes good quality pix. mine is easy to use but then again the v5388 is newer and it has more features, but it should take
great pix.
