check out the forums at the link below -- it's Popular Photography and Imaging magazine's forum web site, and there are lots of good people there who can help with advice, critique of your photos, tips & tricks, etc.

Try the "tips from the top floor" site listed below. There's a lot of stuff there, including podcasts about photography, and you can ask questions that'll be answered by really knowledgeable folks from all over the world. Though run out of Germany it's in English...
