I do not know what to do with my digital camera to be able to use the pictures on the computer.?

i just got the digital camera and have taken pictures. i just want to be able to put pictures on the computer and are clueless. can anyone help?just serious answers,please! thank you!

i didnt buy the camera because i was feeling nervous about using one. i got it as a gift. i wasnt going to use it all but decided to try it. i do have a macintosh computer.

if you have a macintosh, you should be able to purchase (if you dont already have one) a usb camera cable, (usually usb port one side, camera size port on other), you can just plug your camera into the usb port on a mac, and a program make gives you with OSX called iphoto, automatically imports the pics, then you can edit, convert, save, whatever you want...

with pc, im not as sure because i am a mac person...but i think the idea is the same

bottom line is, you need a photo editing software, which you can find for free if you go to www.downloads.com
and look up "photo" or "multimedia" or even "camera" in the software search, and i'm sure something freeware will come up for you...

as long as you have this, and a camera, and a usb or similar cable to connect your camera to the computer, you should be fine!!!

well first of all it would of came with software to install on your computer in oreder for you to upload any of your pictures..get your book and read it and follow what it tells you..why get a camera if you don't ask question at the store in the first place. Never never buy anything unless you ask..It may look good but don't be clueless and not ask

if you lost the cd with the drivers, you can go to the manufacturer's page and download the drivers, which is usually under the drivers or downloads or support sections. if you don't have a usb cable, you need that too, or a memory card reader.
