Is it possible to use my Bell and Howell mini digital camera as a webcam for MSN messenger, or am I gonna have to break down and buy an actual webcam? Does it say that the camera can be use as a webcam or just video recorder.
Video recorder allows you to record video, but does not allow for video streaming. So if your camera allows streaming than yes otherwise you have to buy a webcam.
