I need a digital camera that is also a video camera/camcorder?

i need it to be able to take pictures that i can put on my computer and also be a camcorder.. something that is not extremely expensive either.. i use to have a digital camera that was a video camera, but it only recorder for about a total of 5 or so minutes.. i need it to record longer than that

Buy a camera and inexpensive Sony Camcorder. That's your best bet. You won't get the quality video from a camera as a camcorder would produce; I can record up to 2 hours on my Sony Camcorder.
Believe me I understand you don't want to buy both.
