"Intervalometer" was used for analog cameras.
Is there any device for video camera and digital camera in place of intervalometer? Most video cameras have it built in. There's usually an "interval" switch in the same control panel that drives the time/date stamps, white balance, etc.
Digital cameras typically don't provide this feature. Check the menus of your camera or the index of the user guide to tell for sure.
