One place you say you are selling and one place you are buying? Which is it? If you are buying within the state where you live you usually have to pay the sales tax for the city where the sale originates. Abilene, Tx. you would pay 8.25%. But the seller will charge you. Out of your home state you should not be charged sales tax.

Probably not, but in theory, the purchaser would pay use tax on the purchase. Use tax is similar to sales tax, only it is paid by the user of the product instead of being charged by the seller.

It is up to the buyer to pay use tax. In reality, it is hard for state taxing authorities to enforce but it is required to be paid if you don't pay sales tax on your purchase (including internet purchases). The state of ohio actually has a line on the individual tax return to report the use tax that you are paying with the return for purchases where you didn't pay sales tax.
