What is the best way for taking body shots with a digital camera using the help of mirrors?

I dont think there is a good way. The image wont really turn out very well, might have light reflection areas and one of your hands will be missing cos ur holding the camera.
Why not try setting up a timer mode on it, so it just snaps a body shot from a distance?

Set the self timer; it will give about 15 seconds to pose.
