Different camera view same sound? |
How do movies change the camera view while keeping the same sound tack? "pdxphil" has made the point that the sound is recorded on separate equipment, independent of the camera(s) So, if a scene includes a shot of the actors from across the street, then in close up, and then as seen from a nearby rooftop, the recorded dialoge need not be affected. In most cases, especially in movies, multiple cameras will be used in one take, allowing several angles to be achieved, whilst there is only one audio track recorded. Note that the sound is recorded separately and not by the camera. |
