If two people have the same claim about a business, can you file a joint claim in small claims court?


A girl I know and myself both got screwed over by our wedding photographer (the same one). Can we file a joint-claim against him and both get what we deserve?

No, that would be a class-action, and it generally needs more than two people. Maybe if you found 50 other people screwed by the same guy. But I would recommend that each of you a small claims complaint, and you can both still get what you deserve.
