When the Bride's parents order wedding photos shouldn't they order and pay for the Groom's parents pictures? |
It took my daughter-in-law's parents two years to get wedding pictures back. Then I was told I should look at my daughter-in-laws pictures and pick out and print whatever pictures I wanted at a local store. ( but she lives 12 hours away) When I was married 26 years ago my parents ordered several nice pictures for my husbands parents from the photographer. You should get at least one portrait of the couple. After that, you need to pay for your own photos. Photography expenses are extrememy high. This is a small complaint, save the battle for when your daughter-in-law does something really awful. I would never persume that someone would pay for the pictures I want besides me.... no should pay except those who want them i think if they pay, they should offer to pay for all of it, but it is something you offer, not something that should be expected no they should'nt, you got your own money pay for it yourself. They are not marrying you so why should they have to foot the bill. Dont be so cheap!!!!! BOTH SIDES NEED TO PAY FOR THEIR OWN PHOTOS. I WOULD NEVER EXPECT MY MOM AND DAD TO PAY FOR MY FIANCES PARENTS PHOTOS OR VICE VERSA. IF HIS MOM AND DAD WANT PICS, THEN THEY BETTER BE ORDERING AND PAYING FOR THEIR OWN. A lot of water under the bridge in 26 years, things change. Pay for the pictures. well, yeah! i think so.if the pics are going to be taken at the same event by the same photographer at the same time(well, pretty much)then they should be obligated to pay for them.i'm sure they would do the same if it was the brides pics, right? |
