Wedding photos 2 months after the wedding? |
I was married 2 months ago, however, our wedding photographer did a horrible job with the pictures of just me and my husband. We have so few, like 5 or 6, and they aren't that great. What do you think about retaking the pictures (even though 2 months has passed). They obviously would'nt be from the wedding day, but at least they'd be close right? I don't think there's anything wrong with it, if you don't mind paying to get your hair done, etc. Or, if you just want nice pics of you and your husband, you could always do some posed pictures at a park or historic building or something. You might also be able to ask the photographers to use an advanced photo editing program to crop a few of the pictures that turned out nice of you and your husband indivdually into one picture that looks like you are together. Sometimes that works. Sounds like a great idea - at least then you'd have some decent pictures of the both of you together That sucks!! Sorry to hear about your pictures : ( since the ones of you and your hubby didn't come out I would have them redone as well. Did your husband buy or rent a tux? If he rented I would see if they would let you rent it for a couple of hours or so to get them redone, but at lease you would have some good pics of the two of you together! Hope you still had a good time at your wedding at least! Good Luck for the future! : ) im sure you still have all your stuff, dress, shoes, etc. so go for it. i know a couple that did their pics a few days before the wedding so they could get really nice ones by a sunset and stuff. the photographer may even chare you less b/c he doesn't have to do a whole wedding. good luck! Next time you get somebody to take your pictures first interview the photographers and see how they can take them i think is a great idea for you re-take your pictures since this memory is going to last for ever might as well retake them I think that sounds like a great idea. Find a reputable photographer and make sure you look through tons of their work. I'm sorry that you have to spend more money on pictures, but in my opinion, pictures are so important. The plus side of this is that you won't be nervous or rushed while taking your pictures. Good luck! there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. this lets you schedule everything for the pictures without it feeling like a rush. |
