Wedding attire for the photographer? |
I am branching out to do wedding photography, and I am wondering what would be a nice combination of comfort to move around, a classy look, and something that does not draw attention to myself. Heels would definitely be out, and it gets rather hot moving around as much as I do, so no jackets. I am 44 years old, tall (5' 9"), fit (125 lbs). I am thinking a nice silky pant with ? top. Thanks! if you wont wear heels, then opt for a pair of metallic flats. They're comfortable, classy, and extremely versatile. You will find they suit almost any occasion. As well, they are a cotton spandex blend. This means they breath and will allow you to move freely. What's great about victorias secret is they offer a wide variety of inseams. A tall, lean woman such as yourself may find the fit of a custom inseam suprisingly flattering and comfortable. As for the top. Stick to natural fibers. They always breath better than synthetic. bebe has some adorable silk blouses that have a very proffessional look about them, but could easily translate into your everyday wardrobe. I guess it depends on e venue of e wedding as well. U wouldn't dress e same for ballroom n beach wedding. smart casual is always good. id just go with classic black pants and a solid colored button up blouse. just something professional but not too dressy or bright if youre not trying to draw any attention to yourself smart pants low heels and a smart but comfy shirt, blouse will be fine, as long as you look the part, as you say you dont want to get all hot, and heels all day will be a killer so buy some nice pants and blouses, and lower or flats, good luck I remember when my sister got married the photographers wore some nice pants and a nice top. I would just make sure you look nice and feel comfortable because you're moving around so much. Dress shirt and black slacks. silk outfit sounds nice |
