I need a Great photographer for my wedding? |
Please can someone point me in the right direction for a photographer in the Phoenix, AZ area please include contact info and prices. thanks everyone Craig's List - best site for wedding vendors, really! http://phoenix.craigslist.org/search/sss... http://phoenix.craigslist.org/art/305044... - photosbydaveed.com http://phoenix.craigslist.org/pho/298173... - http://www.photobyasha.com/ I know I'm not going to get best answer, but I'm going to suggest two photographers out of the area that I know do fantastic work and are willing to travel. (And I grew up in Phoenix... I wish I had a great local reference). Joanna Pinneo, www.joannabpinneo.com Aurora, Colorado She shot our wedding and was FANTASTIC. Single best investment we made in our wedding. In real life she's a photographer for National Geographic, so is very used to blending into a situation, rather than becoming part of it. Could not recommend her highly enough. B&G Photographry, www.bandgphotography.com Los Angeles, CA Nate and Jen of B&G are also amazing photographers. They're a husband and wife team, and weren't married so long ago that they've forgotten what it's like to be on the other side of the lens. Their web site, and particularly their blog, showcase some original and creative work they've done for clients. Both of these photographers will impress you and give you wedding photos that you'll treasure forever. If you don't find someone equally talented, also with fantastic recommendations, consider the travel cost. A plane ticket and a hotel for a couple nights is a small price to pay for a guarantee of great photos. There are too many so-so wedding photographers out there, and you can't JUST rely on portfolios. Talk to references. Several.... www.bigmomentfilms.com |
