The wedding photographer I used was absolutely fantastic, and she travels to pretty much anywhere in Ohio. Her portfolio was amazing, and the pictures she did at my wedding made me want to cry. Beautiful stuff. You can email me for the contact info at cehiller@yahoo.ca.

You have to qualify "best." What are you criteria? It isn't a black and white question. One person's best may not be that of another.
