Where can I find templates to design a web site?

I have a website for my photography studio (www.hollowaysphotography.com). It if nice and serves it purpose but it was designed and is maintained by an outside company and getting changes made is like pulling teeth. I need to design a whole separate website for my wedding photography but I am challenged in this area. I'm a photographer not a web designer.

Because of the photography industry I need to be able to make changes when I need. Not at the conveniences of a company who will take up to four weeks or grouse at the changes.

I know you can purchase templates that allow you to plug in the photos and text. Can any of you tell me of any tired and true sites you know of? (remember: for the basic person who needs to be held by the hand. NOT one who wheels and deals in web design!)
