Photography Interns PLEASE!? |
Hello everyone! My fiance & I are paying for our wedding ourselves & are looking for a photography intern in the Rockford, IL area to photograph on our wedding day. If anyone is in this area, please let me know so we can work something out! The wedding day is June 16,2007. Thank you in advance! Career advice to photo interns. Don't do this. If you are a friend of anyone in or related to anyone who's in the wedding, or know anyone who might know anyone at the wedding. Don't do this. It doesn't matter what happens, or who's at fault or not, you will be known and judged forever for this. Advice to bride. Buy a bunch of flash disposable cameras and have the guests take photos. Not anyone in the wedding party - they can't be in all of the pictures then. It doesn't matter if what you charge them, or if you charge them, it doesn't matter if you pay them. It is not worth it. If everything goes flawless, you will still have to re-order copies, crop and redo prints for the next 6 months-to-life. The most I could do there is take down the Chicago stock exchange for a day accidentally or mess up the mill computer system so that the steel pours in the wrong place at the wrong time. You want an intern to shoot your wedding? Lady, you've got guts. (Or a very small budget.) |
