I am shooting my friend's wedding in three weeks... Any useful literature? |
What's a good wedding photography book that's worked for you? I sugguest just researching other wedding photographer's website. See what they are doing and try to mirrow that. Make a list or print out photos that you like and plan to study those and photograph that same pose. Also...make sure you know what style of photographer the bride wants (posed, candid, photojournalist, etc). That will help your research alot! Lock and Load and aim for the heart. Don't shoot them; ask yourself where all this anger is coming from, and how you can resolve any issues you may have with the bride and/or groom... ...sorry. Couldn't resist. look at lots of different websites and decide what photos you want to take. I'm a professional just starting out, and one photo that everyone loves when I take is this: Have the bride stand in the middle, groom on one side, Dad on the other. Have Dad and groom kiss each cheek of the bride. But I got most of my ideas from researching different websites. Sorry, I don't have mine up and running yet. Good luck, and bes wishes to your friend. |
