Wedding photography locations- MI? |
Does anyone know a nice place for wedding photographs in the bloomfield/detroit/dearborn area? I would prefer something that's fairly private? Thanks!! The Henry Ford Estate in Dearborn allows couples to take pictures on their grounds. It's simply beautiful. We were married there and wished we had more time to take more pictures their. I am a wedding photographer and I've NEVER been to Michigan, but I can suggest some places and I'm SURE you could find similar places somewhere near your area.... If you live in a city, try a PARK... they sometimes have ponds that make beautiful backgrounds for photos, maybe even a gazebo where the wedding party could be posed around it with the bride and groom in the middle. OR, maybe there is a scenic little garden near the place where the wedding will take place... This time of year, garden photos are BEAUTIFUL...with all the flowers in bloom ----SOMETIMES, the place where the reception is being held has grounds that would be perfect for photos as well....but if you hired a professional photographer, he or she would HAVE to know of some really good places for photos... Try Fox Portrait Studios. I think there's one in Dearborn but second check, I may be wrong. My dad used to work at the one in Roseville. |
